What data we collect

• Website forms (preview, contact, video call, check-up): your name, your business name, sector and city, your website or Instagram profile, what you'd like to improve, when you'd like to start, how you prefer to be contacted, preferred day and time slot, and the WhatsApp number or email you leave us so we can reply. Along with the request we record the page you sent it from and the site language.
• Free check-up: your answers are only used to create the plan on your device and are not saved, unless you choose to send them to us to receive the preview.
• Site assistant: it answers automatically from our frequently asked questions. The questions you type in the chat stay on your device and are neither saved nor sent.
• WhatsApp messages or emails: your phone number or email address and the content of the message, if you decide to write to us.
• Technical browsing data: the server hosting the site automatically records data such as IP address, date and time of the visit and browser type.

All form fields are needed to reply to you, except those marked as optional. Without this data we cannot follow up on your request.

Why we use it and on what basis

• Responding to your request and sending you the free preview and quote: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Security and operation of the site, using technical data: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We don't use your data for advertising, we don't sell it and we don't pass it to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Request data is kept for up to 12 months if you don't become a client, then we delete it from our mailbox and from the service that receives the forms. If you do become a client, we keep it for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, such as tax. Hosting technical data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary.

Who else processes the data

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosts the site and records technical browsing data, as data processor.
• Web3Creative, Web3Forms service (India): receives the requests sent through the forms and forwards them to us by email, as data processor.
• Apple (iCloud email): receives notifications of requests sent through the forms.
• Google (Gmail): receives the emails you send to mnemoi.web@gmail.com.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Union, for example in the United States and India. Transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, and the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies

The site sets no profiling cookies and uses no third-party analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are hosted on the site itself. That's why no consent banner is needed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, object, or receive it in a portable format by writing to mnemoi.web@gmail.com. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
