Quote and agreement

Before we start you receive in writing what's included, the price and the timing. Work begins after your confirmation. Prices on the website are starting prices.

Free preview

The preview is free and without obligation. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.

Prices and payments

All prices are + VAT. The website is paid once, as set out in the quote. Monthly plans are paid monthly in advance, or for the whole year paying 10 months instead of 12. The plan price stays locked for as long as you remain a client.

Delivery times

Stated timings, such as about 7 working days for a website, start from when you approve the copy and photos. They may change if more pages, more languages or special integrations are needed.

Guarantees

The guarantees described on the website apply under the conditions set out in their descriptions and in the quote.

Ownership of the website

Once paid, the website and domain are yours. If you stop a monthly plan, only the services in that plan stop.

AI Assistant

The assistant answers with the information you approve. When it changes, tell us and we'll update it. As required by European rules on artificial intelligence, the assistant always introduces itself to your customers as an automated assistant.

Your customers' data

For booking, reminders, the AI assistant and social media we process your customers' data on your behalf, as data processor (Art. 28 GDPR). You remain the data controller. Before activating these services we sign a data processing agreement together, stating what we process, with which providers and for how long. For WhatsApp reminders your customers must have agreed to receive them, for example when they book.

Duration and cancellation of monthly plans

Monthly plans have a minimum term of 6 months, or 12 months with the no-upfront option. After that they continue month to month and can be cancelled at any time by WhatsApp message or email, with 30 days' notice. With the no-upfront option, anyone who stops before 12 months pays the part of the website not yet covered.

Liability

We work with care, but we cannot guarantee a number of customers or bookings. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for outages of external providers such as hosting, WhatsApp or Google, but we help you resolve them.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For clients acting as businesses or professionals, the courts of Modena (Italy) have jurisdiction. For consumers, the court provided by law remains competent.
