How many days until the site is ready?
Usually about 7 working days from when you approve the copy and photos. The free preview comes first, so you see the result before you decide.
Is there a monthly fee for the website?
No. You pay for the website once, from 690 € + VAT. If you want us to update prices, photos and hours there is the Care plan at 29 € a month + VAT.
Do I need to have a website already?
No. If you have one we improve it or rebuild it; if you don't, we start from scratch.
Do I have to write the copy?
No. You tell us about your business, even by voice or on WhatsApp, and we write it. We only need photos, services and prices.
Are the website and domain mine?
Yes. They stay in your name even if one day you stop the monthly services.
Does it work for any kind of business?
Yes: salons and beauty studios, restaurants, professional firms, shops, B&Bs, gyms, tradespeople. The site adapts to the way you work.
Can the website be in several languages?
Yes, for example Italian and English for businesses that work with tourists. It's included in Website Plus, or can be added at 190 € + VAT per language.
Does the AI assistant really answer 24/7?
Yes, on your site and WhatsApp, day and night. It only uses information you approve and, when a person is needed, it hands the conversation to you.
Can the assistant take bookings?
It collects the request with day, time and service and sends it to you on WhatsApp or by email. With the Customers plan, customers can also book directly from the calendar.
How many conversations does the assistant handle?
The Customers plan includes up to 200 conversations a month, enough for most businesses. Beyond that, each extra 100 conversations cost 15 € + VAT.
What if the assistant gets an answer wrong?
There's the Right Answers Guarantee: if it says something different from the approved information, we fix it straight away at no cost.
Do I have to change the booking software I use?
No. If you already use a calendar or booking system we look at how to connect it. If you don't use one, we set up a simple system for you.
Are there commissions on bookings?
No, no commission. You only pay the plan's fixed price, however much customers book.
How do the WhatsApp reminders work?
The day before the appointment the customer gets a message with the day and time. They confirm or reschedule with one reply, and you get fewer gaps in your diary.
What happens if I stop paying?
The website stays yours. Only the monthly plan services stop, such as booking, reminders, the assistant or posts.
How long do monthly plans last?
Minimum 6 months, then they continue month to month. Cancel whenever you like by WhatsApp message or email, 30 days in advance. If you pay for the whole year you pay 10 months instead of 12.
Can I start without paying for the website upfront?
Yes, with the no-upfront option: the website costs 0 € at the start and you choose the Customers plan at 169 € a month + VAT (instead of 119 €) or Growth at 299 € a month + VAT (instead of 249 €) for 12 months. Then the plan returns to its normal price. If you stop earlier, you pay the remaining part of the website.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices are + VAT. We always confirm them in writing before we start.
How much of my time does it take?
About half an hour at the start, to send us photos, services and prices. Then we take care of it.
Do you also handle advertising?
Yes, Instagram and Facebook campaigns at 149 € a month + VAT. The ad budget is separate and you decide it.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. We prepare a draft of your website with your business name, services and photos. If you don't like it you owe nothing, and we won't keep calling you.
What do you need to prepare the preview?
Your business name, your city and, if you have one, your Instagram profile or current website. We take care of the rest, usually in 2–3 working days.
How does the founders' offer work?
For the first 5 clients, until 30 November: your website for 0 € instead of 690 €, nothing upfront and free activation, with the Clients plan at 119 € a month + VAT for 12 months. In return you let us show your website as an example and leave a Google review. If you stop before 12 months you pay 290 € + VAT for the website.
Do you also work remotely?
Yes. We do everything online: we send you the preview on WhatsApp or email and go through it together on a video call, wherever you are in Italy.
